2017/2018 Membership & Directory Form
Have you seen this form come through kidmail or at one of our events? Did you know that it serves as a directory form AND a membership form? Not ready to be a PTSA member yet, but want your info in our student directory? Fill it out online or the paper form, and at the bottom check off “Include me in the directory only, no membership at this time”. Members receive a FREE student directory, and non-members can purchase one for $10.
