Back to School BBQ, Sept 22

5:30-8:00pm

Dinner: Hamburger, hot dog and garden burger meal packages can be purchased online or via the prepaid meal order form below. Order by Tuesday, September 19th to receive the pre-order discount. Prices at the door will be $7.00 per meal and while supplies last.

Bake Sale: Treats will be available for purchase during the BBQ for cash or check only. If you’d like to donate treats, please bring them individually wrapped and ready to sell.

Music: DJ Tristen Coffey will be providing music for our BBQ. Feel free to bring your dancing shoes.

Playground Activities: Playground equipment will be out for families to enjoy: hula-hoops, jump ropes, basketballs, sidewalk chalk, soccer balls etc.

Rock Painting: “Reach for the Stars” and be a Stillwater Rock Star! Paint a rock that will become part of the Stillwater rock path. (Location TBD) Each student is allowed to paint one rock only. Cost: Free

Bring your blanket, chairs, appetite, and cash/check to purchase desserts! Connect with friends and make new ones while you enjoy our Back to School BBQ with music and fun outdoor activities.
