Hello Stillwater PTSA Members!
We wanted to reach out to our members and give them some updates on happenings at Stillwater.
PTSA Valentine Bingo & Silent Auction
Stillwater Elementary Gym and Stage
Friday, March 1st 5:15-7:30 P.M.
Dinner: Red Pepper is providing pizza for purchase starting at 5:15pm. No pre-orders will be collected for this event. Pizza meals will include two slices of pizza and a water, $5 for PTSA Members, $6 for non-PTSA Members while supplies last. Cash, check, or cards accepted.
Snack and Bake Sale: Snacks and baked items will be available to purchase during bingo night. All items will range in price from $1.00 to $2.00. If you would like to donate treats for the bake sale, please bring an ingredients list and have them individually wrapped for sale.
Bingo: Cards can be purchased the night of the event at a cost of $2.00 for four bingo game sheets and $3.00 for a blackout game. Bingo will run from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with an intermission from 7:00 to 7:10 P.M. followed by the blackout game.
* Bingo games 1 through 4 will be played until we have many winners for each game!
* The first three Blackout winners will receive our biggest prizes of the night!
Silent Auction: Stillwater PTSA will be hosting a Silent Auction during Bingo. We will be auctioning Stillwater Staff Experiences along with items from local businesses! They will be available to view and bid on from 5:15pm until the end of intermission at 7:10pm. Auction closes promptly at the 10-minute mark of intermission and winners will be announced after blackout. All auction experiences can be found on our website: https://stillwaterptsa.org/auction/. WE HAVE AN ABSENT BIDDING FORM IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE EVENT, email fundraising@stillwaterptsa.org.
Join us for Stillwater PTSA’s Spring Pottery Paint Night on March 22nd from 6-8pm. Pre-order by March 6th!!
Order as many pieces as you would like, all items will be sent home with students or available for pick up on April 19th.
We will have very little for sale on the night of the event, to guarantee the piece you want, please submit your order online or turn in your kidmail form by March 6th.

General Meeting Date has MOVED to April 2nd.
Our next general membership meeting date has moved from March 12th to Tuesday, April 2nd. We wanted to hold our next meeting after the Hawk Walk which will occur on March 27th to have a better idea of our budget needs.
Riverview PTSA Council Summer Resource Fair THIS SATURDAY 11 AM – 2 PM
Riverview PTSA Council is hosting it’s 2nd Annual Summer Resource Fair on March 2nd from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Riverview District Office. They have 34 vendors signed up that are ready and excited to share their youth summer opportunities with you. This is a FREE event and everyone who attends will get a door prize ticket. Additional door prize tickets will be available to purchase if you want to increase your odds of winning. Swift & Savory will be on site as well if you would like to purchase lunch. Hawk Walk is Coming!!! March 27th!
Our second largest fundraiser of the year, the Hawk Walk is coming up on March 27th. Fundraising envelopes will go home on March 13th to give students 2 full weekends to fundraise. Students will be walking/running around the track on the 27th to celebrate their fundraising efforts. My Fair Lady Skincare is sponsoring the return of our favorite Seahawks Mascot, Blitz! The Hawk Walk fundraising model will follow closely with the Hop-a-Thon. There will be class prizes, top earner prizes and some fun games and hijinks involving Mr. Madigan planned for the spirit assembly if we hit our goal of $12,000. The Hawk Walk is a PTSA fundraiser, that like all fundraisers we do, supports our entire budget. From paying for Field Trips to Field Day, for Art Docent to All Arts Day, for Staff & School Grants to Playgound Upgrades, for The Dance Dude to the Reptile Man and much more!
