March 1st (NEW DATE) is Stillwater PTSA’s annual Bingo and Silent Auction Event! We have several returning favorite experiences as well as many great new ones! Below are several examples of auction items. They will be available to view and bid on from 5:15pm until the end of intermission at 7:10pm. Auction closes promptly at the 10-minute mark of intermission and winners will be announced after Black Out. NEW this year, we listened to your feedback and bidders will register with us to bid with a number instead of bidding with their name. We will take absentee bids if you are interested in an item and cannot attend. Please email Monique and Lindsey at fundraising@stillwaterptsa.org for further information. “Capture the Flag Nerf Tag Party with the Principal”: Mr. Madigan has a fun party planned for a lucky student with the winning bid and up to 11 friends. For 1.5 hours students will be broken up into 2 teams and play capture the flag throughout the school utilizing nerf toys to tag the other team. Parent supervision required, 30 minute snack/cake/present time also included.
“P.E. Teacher for a Day”: Mr. Hammons is excited to have a student* team up with him to be P.E. teacher for the day! What kid wouldn’t love this? *If there are multiple students in a family, they will share the experience.
“Music Teacher for a Day”: Mrs. Christensen is excited to have a student* team up with her to be music teacher for the day! What music loving kid wouldn’t want this? *If there are multiple students in a family, they will share the experience.
“Librarian for a Day”: Does your student love reading and books! Mrs. Harvold is excited to have a student* team up with her to be librarian for the day! *If there are multiple students in a family, they will share the experience.
“Art Project Party with Mrs. Rohrbach & Ms. Liljegren”: Does your student enjoy art projects, then this is the package for you! 1 student and 4 friends will be invited to an Art Project Party with Mrs. Rohrbach and Ms. Liljegren The kids will go to Ms. Liljegren’s class right after school for 1.5 hours of art project fun. Light snacks will be provided.
“Chess Basics Or Rubix’s Cube with Dr. F.”: Dr. F will teach a student how to play chess or to solve a Rubix’s Cube. Students choice!
“Baking with Mrs. Craig”: Learn how to make some tasty baked goods with Mrs. Craig! Yum!
“Movie and Cupcakes with Mrs. Heinson and Mrs. Epps”: Your child plus one friend will get to go out with Mrs. Heinson and Mrs. Epps to enjoy some cupcakes and then see a movie at Crossroad theaters.
“Tie-Dye with a Teacher” (5 families): Our kindergarten teachers are hosting a Tie-Dye event on one day (TBD) after school and ask parents to pick up the kids by 5:00pm.
“Private Pottery Paint Night Party”: Throw your own pottery paint night at Stillwater on a weeknight with 20 people total. Parent supervision required, 2 hour limit in art portable.
“Gym Party Package”: Would you like to use the school gym for two hours on a weeknight for a party or get together? We’ve got you covered! Parent supervision required, up to 20 students. We will have multiple packages available for bid, one of which will also include 24 cupcakes from BaeBae Cakes.
“Party with Mr. Hammons”: Would your child like a party with Mr. H? In this package you will get to have the school gym and Mr. H. He’ll come up with fun activities or games for your kiddo for a super awesome party for two hours!
“Pasta Experience with Mrs. Marchel and Mrs. Mauldin ”: Does your kid love pasta? Mrs. Marchel and Mrs. Maulden will host a pasta experience. They will have up to four kids with a parent there or two. They will teach the kids to make fresh spaghetti noodle and/ or fresh ravioli; then sit down and enjoy their creation!
“Karate Lessons”: 1 hour karate lesson, once a week for 3 months at Duvall Karate. To be used in 3 consecutive months and only 1 child in the household.
“Unlimited Library Books”: Does your kid love to read? Mrs. Harvold is offering one lucky student UNLIMITED Library book rentals!
“Fishing with Mr. Todd and Mr. Madigan”: Your child and a friend will go on a fishing trip with Mr. Madigan and Mr. Todd to Lake Marcel. Of course cheeto snacks and lots of shenanigans will be provided. Students must bring their own life jackets.
“Floats and Games”: Party after school with Mrs. Dunn and Mrs. Crouch on Tuesday, March 5th from 3:45-4:30. Students will have root beer floats and get to play games like the Osmos on the iPads, board games, and fun logic puzzle games. (this event is first come first serve sign up, 10 participants)
“Coffey DJ Services” Win to have Tristan Coffey DJ your next event! Tristan is often taking part at the school playing music for us and now you can have him play for your event!

Most auction experiences must be used by January 31, 2020, each experience will have it’s expiration date listed on the full description at the event. Gym packages must be scheduled with the front office and the gym is typcially booked between October and March for basketball.
