7:06 – 7:16 – Treasurer’s Report/Budget Review – Lynda Brown
Reviewed the financial activity for the past 2 months; gave $1000 grant to the school for Arts Day; whatever is remaining will be rolled over to next year and is being kept in a separate account
Gayle Saunders moved to approve the treasurer’s report.
Dawn Spencer seconded.
The motion was voted on and passed.
Reviewed the proposed budget changes in the budget – removed after-school enrichment; Missoula Children’s Theater; science docent program reduced for current school year.
Serene Norris moved to approve the budget reallocation.
Gayle Saunders seconded.
The motion was voted on and passed.

The current membership number is 225.
7:17 – 7:23 – Upcoming Events – Pam Deming
- Moms & Muffins – April 10 – 8:00 to 9:00
- Plant Sale –order form will be available on Facebook the week of spring break; paper order forms will be available the week after Spring Break; order forms due on April 18th & delivered on April 30
- Staff Appreciation Week – May 5-9 – Sarah Mackenzie, Dawn Spencer, Julie Logan & Gayle Saunders – theme will be Candyland; starting working on candy designs during Arts Day & will decorate the hallways; food will be going out by classes to be; volunteers will be needed on Friday &/or Saturday before SAW; school will be decorated as an actual Candyland game board; Lloyd McCraken will oversee the staff car wash; send out E-Flash & flyers out the week after Spring Break;
- Carnival May 16 – Sarah McKenzie
- Walk-a-Thon May 22 – Marsha & Janah will send out that information
