The PTSA Board is looking for fun and creative people to join the board next year!
We had two board chairs sit empty this year, we also have a few chairs with students moving onto middle school and some chairs that would love to add a co-chair to bring in new ideas and spread the work load. As you can see, there are lots of opportunities to be involved and there is NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! The two requirements for being on the board are being a PTSA member and attending the mo…nthly board meetings and quarterly general meetings. There are varying degrees of time commitments available. We have chairs that work part time and full time and still enjoy their time on the board.
If you would like to find out more information and how you can become involved we would love for you to attend the Stillwater PTSA Board Meet and Greet Lunch Social on January 26th at 12:30 pm in Portable B. The current board will be available to tell you about the positions and answer any questions you may have. Our nominating committee tasked with finding qualified candidates for the executive board (president, vice president, treasurer and secretary) will also be there. The current board will be providing the lunch, soup and salad so come with your appetites!
