STILLWATER ELEMENTARY HAWK WALK FUNDRAISER

Deadline: All donations due by May 30th at 4:00 PM!

Date: May 30th Where: Stillwater Field

Our Goal:

We’re aiming to raise $12,000 as a school! Each student is encouraged to raise at least $25.

If we hit our goal…

*Mr. Madigan and Mrs. Walter become Egg Heads with the Top Class Earners
*Relay Race with randomly drawn winners from each grade who donated
* PJ Day for the whole school!

Let’s make it happen, Hawks!

PRIZES!

* Cotton Candy Party for every class that hits their goal
*Breakfast with the Principal for the top 2 earners in each grade
* Prize Drawing for every student who raises $25 or more

*Most Helping Hands — the student who gets the most individual donors will earn a spot playing Egg Head with Mr. Madigan & Mrs. Walter
*4th vs. 5th Grade Showdown! The first grade to have all classrooms hit their fundraising goals will earn a Fast Pass to Field Day which means early access to the fun, 15 minutes before the whole school!

Important Info:

Donations (online or envelopes) must be submitted before 4:00 PM on May 30th.
Envelopes will not be returned. Send additional donations in a labeled envelope (child’s name, teacher, grade).

*Corporate matches do not count toward Hawk Walk totals (due to timing,) but they DO enter your family into the $100 gift card drawing if submitted this school year!
